Mind Body Spirit Festival
Empowered Minds brought our meditation and visualization practice to TheosoFEST 2022 in Wheaton, Illinois, to explore the power of the mind and spiritual self-transformation with the world.
TheosoFEST is an annual open-house mind, body, spirit festival “celebrating the wisdom of the ages, the unity of all life, and spiritual self-transformation”. Attendees learn about meditative practices from several traditions and partake in activities such as Qigong, Tai Ji, drumming circles, and much more.
Empowered Minds would like to thank the Theosophical Society of America for inviting us to be part of this incredible festival. We look forward to returning each year to share our message with the many good-hearted people we met that felt like family and kept us smiling all day.
